Dr. KKN Silva Senior Lecturer Department of Agricultural Economics & Agribusiness Faculty of Agriculture, University of Ruhuna
	Dr. Nadeeshani Silva is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Agricultural Economics & Agribusiness at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Ruhuna. With nearly 16 years of experience in teaching and research, her expertise includes Microeconomics, Agricultural Policy Analysis, Agricultural Extension, Social Network Analysis, and Knowledge and Innovation Management in Agricultural Extension Systems. Dr. Silva has received several prestigious fellowships, such as the OKP-NFP fellowship for "Facing Rural Innovation Challenges" in Wageningen, Netherlands (2018), the Freie Universität Berlin Alumni fellowship for "Tearing Down Walls to Entrepreneurial Ecosystems in the Global South" in Berlin, Germany (2021), and the Mentoring Program Award from the IAAE, ICWAE, and AWARD (2022). Additionally, she was awarded the Australia Awards for Short Courses on "Promoting Value Chain Improvements, Market Integration, and Trade in Agribusiness" by the University of Queensland, Australia (2022)
